Alex Forte

Hailing from Cleveland, OH, Alex Forte grew up with an immense passion for Hip-Hop. Today, he is a triple threat, writing, rapping, and producing music. Alex’s take on Hip-Hop combines soul-based melodies with Midwest-style rhymes and flow. His music is heavily influenced by Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Q-Tip, and A.Z.
Alex’s Blue Stream, a four song set released in 2017, has received thousands of streams and praise from multiple publications. Sign This Kid calls the project “a celebration to remind the young, black and gifted that even though life is tough, there’s a lot to be grateful for too.” Audiotox lauds the standout track, “B.I.C. (Black is Cool),” calling it “upbeat, bright and hood all at the same time.” Another standout from the project, “Shining Up,” has amassed over 150,000 Spotify streams. Alex has also ventured into the world of collaborations, teaming up with Cavaro on the track “Tide.” The song has received over 525,000 streams on Spotify.
